The AC Component app needed to provide flight attendants with real-time access to important documents, policy updates, and training materials, even when offline. The app must ensure that any changes made from the admin panel are automatically synced to the app when the user regains network connectivity. The app also had to support notifications for important updates and facilitate communication between the union and its members.

The AC Component app addressed these challenges by implementing a robust offline document management system. Users can download critical documents such as policy updates, training materials, and other resources for offline access. Once the device is back online, the app automatically syncs any changes or updates from the admin panel. Real-time notifications alert users to urgent updates. The app integrates seamlessly with the admin panel, allowing administrators to push updates, manage documents, and communicate directly with the members. Security features, including encrypted data storage and secure syncing protocols, were implemented to protect sensitive information.
