Manufacturing teams typically find out about downtime, quality issues, and slow changeovers only after a shift ends, in a spreadsheet report — long after the time and output are already lost. Line managers need to see Availability, Performance, and Quality as they happen, not the next morning, and they need downtime reasons captured automatically instead of logged by hand.

Solutions
We built EnicSoft OEE as our own in-house IIoT product: sensors on the production line stream data that's converted in real time into Availability, Performance, and Quality scores, rolled up into a single OEE number per line and shift. Downtime is automatically classified and tagged (e.g. changeovers), so operators aren't filling out paper logs. The platform adds shift management, multi-line tracking, reporting, access controls, energy monitoring, carbon-emissions calculation, and cost analysis on top of the core OEE engine — turning a production line into a live, measurable system instead of a black box.
